- An initial assessment.
- Four sessions combining coaching and individual mentoring on topics selected together.
- Tools and educational resources tailored to your challenges.
- A personalized action plan.
- Light follow-up between sessions (email exchanges if necessary).

The full program to transform your posture in depth.
⏳ Duration: 10 individual sessions (1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes) over 3 to 4 months + 1 follow-up session 3 months after the end of the program.
