Who am I?
Almost ten years ago, I made the bold decision to move abroad to start my career, choosing a
sector different from the one I had studied. I
joined the tech industry, where I dared to take on several challenges that led me to become head of customer support.
My management experience has helped me
understand that I am passionate about helping others (re)discover who they are. It was this
desire that motivated me to train as a coach and specialize in supporting leaders and managers.
It is thanks to the little voice inside me and my
resilience that I make choices that are aligned with what inspires me, and that I overcome my fears to take the big steps in my life. I always say, “I'd rather go for it and try than not try at all, even if it means hitting a wall.”

I am a RNCP certified coach, and I offer three personalized formats, available in French and English.
Sessions can be held remotely (by videoconference) or face-to-face in the Nantes area.
Manager coaching and mentoring can take place via your company or independently, depending on your preferences and objectives.

Leaders and managers coaching

This coaching program is designed for managers and leaders who wish to evolve in their role, better understand their personal levers, and face day-to-day challenges with greater serenity. It provides a space to take a step back, adjust your posture, strengthen your interpersonal skills and rediscover meaning in your management.
Common themes: communicating better, managing tension, assertiveness, delegating effectively, preserving energy, supporting change, managing the workload, finding meaning in your mission.
In concrete terms : I accompany you in the emergence of concrete solutions adapted to your environment. Together, we define your objectives and build an effective action plan to achieve them. The aim is to empower you as a leader.

- Number of sessions: 8 to 10
- Duration of each session: 1h15 to 1h30
- Total duration of process: 3 to 5 months
- Review: A mid-term review, followed by a final review to assess your progress and adjust your action plan.

Professional mentoring for managers
Peer-to-peer support for greater clarity and confidence.
Whether you're a young manager just starting out, or an experienced manager facing new challenges, mentoring offers you a space to step back, ask questions and receive support. Benefit from an outside view based on experience in the field, to help you make the right decisions, adjust your posture and strengthen your impact.
Common themes:
For junior managers: taking up a position, team management, assertiveness, prioritization.
For experienced managers: posture evolution, managing complexity, managerial solitude, adapting to change.
In concrete terms:
I put at your service my experience of modern, participative and benevolent management, as well as the lessons learned from my own career. Thanks to an
active listening posture, I can help you take a step back, so that you can move forward more serenely and consciously.
Process :
- Number of sessions: to be defined together, according to your needs and pace.
- Duration of each session: between 1h15 and 1h30.
- Total duration of the process: generally 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extending if necessary.
- Review: a final review is scheduled to take stock of your progress, assess what you've learned and look ahead with clarity.

Because when you become a manager, you are sometimes thrust into the role without any real foundation or support.
